Fishing at Horriford


There are two fishing ponds at Horriford, these are situated about a third of a mile to the north of the farmhouse. Both are stocked with a variety of fish, including Ghost Carp, Mirror Carp, Roach, Rudd, Perch and Tench. Some of the fish are over 18 pounds!
The old pond is surrounded by mature trees and shrubs, and is home to a variety of wildlife.
The new pond is about a quarter of an acre in size and has parking available alongside to enable people with disabilies to gain easy access.
Fishing is free to guests at Horriford, and £3.50 per day for non-residents.

Season tickets are also available (single or family).
